The music has been released independently and through labels Bigo & Twigetti and Sonder House, surpassing 1 million streams on Spotify and reaching listeners in 115 countries. Recent work includes documentary film scores premiering at the Portland Panorama Film Festival and the Ashland Independent Film Festival.

Fog Chaser is the instrumental music project of Pacific Northwest composer Matt Evans. What began in 2021 as a monthly newsletter — one new composition shared directly with subscribers — has grown into a catalog of 50+ songs, label releases on Bigo & Twigetti and Sonder House, over a million Spotify streams, and original scores for documentary film. The music draws from mountains, forests, and weather, living somewhere between ambient and classical.
